Taylor Barnes-Gilbert
Taylor earned her J.D. at Marquette University Law School, where she graduated with honors. During law school, Taylor worked as a student practitioner in the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office and was the Senior Comment Editor for the Marquette Law Review. Before joining Pinix Law, Taylor worked as a pro se staff attorney, handling prisoner civil rights litigation in federal court. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Joseph in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is a proud founding member of the Wisconsin LGBT Bar Association and several time volunteer mentor for the Honorable Charles N. Clevert, JR. Mentorship Program.
Outside of practicing law, Taylor enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her wife and daughter. |
