Rebecca Lawnicki
Rebecca joined the firm in 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience. In 2019, she assumed an emeritus status with the firm while pursuing other endeavors.
Since 2004, she has represented clients in a variety of criminal, civil, administrative, and municipal matters throughout the State of Wisconsin. Her experience includes acting as lead and co-counsel in jury and court trials, litigating various civil and criminal motions, questioning witnesses, negotiating plea bargains, arguing for appropriate sentences, performing legal research, and drafting motions, briefs, and other court documents. She has also represented clients in administrative hearings concerning employment issues and driver's licensing, and in numerous hearings regarding the revocation of probation, parole, and extended supervision. Rebecca a 2004 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law at Camden where she served as Law and Policy Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy and was a representative (and later Vice President) of the Student Bar Association. Attorney Lawnicki received her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. |
